Our premium sashimi-grade 20/30 Irish Scallops (Roe-on) are responsibly sourced from the cold, pristine waters of Ireland, renowned for their exceptional water quality and natural marine richness. These scallops offer a plump, tender texture with a naturally sweet, clean flavour.

Graded as 20/30, due to the natural variation of wild seafood, some scallops may be noticeably larger than others, providing an enjoyable variety of sizes while maintaining excellent quality and texture.

These scallops are roe-on, meaning they include the vibrant orange roe (coral), a delicacy prized for its rich, briny depth and visual appeal. The combination of sweet scallop meat and creamy roe creates a more complex and luxurious flavour profile.

This pack includes whole scallops, ideal for sashimi, crudo, ceviche, or light searing to enhance their natural sweetness.

As a natural seafood product, some liquid release during thawing is completely normal. This does not affect quality or freshness. For best results, gently pat dry before serving or cooking.
