Our premium sashimi-grade XXL Irish Scallops (Roe-on) are responsibly sourced from the cold, pristine waters of Ireland, renowned for their exceptional water quality and natural marine richness. These scallops offer a plump, tender texture with a naturally sweet, clean flavour.

Unlike standard market scallops, we select only XXL-sized scallops, ensuring a fuller bite, superior texture, and enhanced natural sweetness. Larger scallops develop a firmer yet delicate structure, delivering a smooth, buttery mouthfeel with a refined ocean sweetness highly valued in premium sashimi and seafood dishes.

These scallops are roe-on, meaning they include the vibrant orange roe (coral), a delicacy prized for its rich, briny depth and visual appeal. The combination of sweet scallop meat and creamy roe creates a more complex and luxurious flavour profile.

This pack includes whole scallops, ideal for sashimi, crudo, ceviche, or light searing to enhance their natural sweetness.

As a natural seafood product, some liquid release during thawing is completely normal. This does not affect quality or freshness. For best results, gently pat dry before serving or cooking.

We carefully handle each scallop to maintain quality, though natural variation in size, roe colour, and appearance may occur.

This product is packed in a convenient 500g box, with each portion individually vacuum sealed to ensure maximum freshness, hygiene, and ease of storage.
