Loch Duart’s premium sashimi-grade salmon comes from the pristine waters of the Scottish Highlands, ensuring firm texture and exceptional flavour. Each fish is automatically portioned and vacuum-packed for convenience. After gutting, the net sashimi yield is approximately 55%-60%. Sashimi fillets are cut into portions, while the head, bones, skin, belly, and trimmings are individually packed, making them perfect for various culinary uses.

All orders are shipped frozen via UPS or FedEx next-day delivery to ensure maximum freshness. To prepare, defrost naturally at 0-4°C. A small amount of moisture loss is normal—simply pat dry with a kitchen towel before consumption. Any unused portions should be kept frozen, and once opened, should be consumed within 24 hours. Avoid refreezing after thawing to maintain optimal quality.
