Due to the nature of frozen and perishable products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for personal preference (e.g., change of mind or taste preferences).

If you experience any issues on arrival, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your order and include photos/videos as evidence.

We can assist if:
The parcel arrives severely damaged
Incorrect items or quantities were sent

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
Partial refund, full refund, or replacement shipment (subject to availability).

Important Notes:
Minor surface thawing can occur during transit and is considered normal as long as the core product remains within safe temperature range (0–4°C).

We cannot be responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or parcels left unattended.
