Our premium sashimi-grade Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Belly is sourced from the pristine waters of Spain, ensuring exceptional quality, rich marbling, and unparalleled depth of flavour. Each pack is carefully prepared and flash-frozen to preserve peak freshness, ready for immediate culinary use.

Unlike standard tuna cuts, we select only high-grade Bluefin belly (otoro/chutoro), prized for its intricate fat marbling and luxurious texture. This cut delivers a melt-in-the-mouth experience, with a perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and buttery richness that defines top-tier sashimi.

Our cuts may include slight natural variation in fat distribution and colour, which is characteristic of authentic Bluefin belly and reflects its premium quality.

This pack includes randomly cut portions, offering a balanced combination of deeply marbled and moderately marbled sections. Ideal for sashimi, nigiri, crudo, or light searing to enhance its natural oils and aroma.
