Our premium sashimi-grade oysters are harvested from the cold, clean waters off the west coast of Scotland. These rock oysters are carefully selected for their firm texture, natural brininess, and exceptional freshness, making them ideal for raw consumption or a variety of culinary applications.

All orders are shipped live or freshly chilled via UPS or FedEx next-day delivery to maintain peak condition. Upon arrival, store in a refrigerator between 0–4°C and consume as soon as possible. Before serving raw, rinse gently with cold water and open with a shucking knife. Once opened, oysters should be consumed immediately for the best flavour and safety. Do not refreeze or keep for extended periods after opening.

We do not remove the mantle or briny liquor, as they are essential to the oyster’s full flavour profile and natural nutrition. Confident in the freshness of our oysters, we assure you of a clean, oceanic taste—only pure and rich.
